1. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Pacific Market Bureau digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
For international entities, we adhere to the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. Initial attempts at resolution must be made via formal mediation through the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
2. Modifications to Service Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the modifications.
